EUROSCIENCE, the voice of scientists in Europe) is a pan-European Association established in 1997 in Strasbourg. It is open to scientists of all disciplines, including social sciences and the humanities, as well as to any person with an interest in improving interactions between science, technology and society. On its website the Association welcomes teachers, people from the media, industrialists, science managers and in particular young people for membership. EUROSCIENCE has presently (November 2002) over 1250 members in 38 European countries. There is a link on the homepage leading to national Learned Societies.
