Main issues - Social education: Inclusion and participation. Ethical, technicians and political challenges. Considering that participants are the Congress` real doers, collective construction through exchange and debate will be promoted. It is expected to aproach to Social Education revising diferent perspectives and contexts where these diverse proposals take place, with special atention on latinoamerican views.
