We think we know what quality is. And if we`re not sure, there`s no shortage of literature to inform us, consultants to advise us, or inspectorates to check and endorse us.
But does this attention to quality always translate into effective courses, particularly as new technologies offer new possibilities outside traditional techniques?
Making Quality Work will look at both standard practice and new developments in distance learning and ask “What really makes a course effective?“
The conference will be split into the 5 main themes of Marketing, Customer Relations, Learning Environments, Student Support and Assessment, and Technology.
