Der Rat für Initial- und Primarbildung (CEIP) ist ein Organ der Nationalen Administration Öffentlicher Bildung, das damit betraut ist, die Initial- und Primarbildung des Landes zu verwalten. Die Initialbildung hat es zur Aufgabe, die soziale und intellektuelle Entwicklung der Kinder von 3-5 Jahren zu stimulieren. Das CEIP entwirft eine integrale Bildung, welche die soziale Inklusion sowie die Kenntnisse von Kindern, von deren familiären Umfeldern, von der Gemeinschaft und von der Umwelt fördert.
