The Centre for Educational Assessment (CEA) is a research group within the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Established in 1996, the Centre conducts empirical studies on the assessment of achievement and competence, with a particular focus on "learning strategies". Among other activities, it is also involved in the implementation of the PISA studies in Finland.
