The aim of this Programme is to identify and stimulate innovative activities and co-operative action among the Member States, with a view to encouraging systematic experimentation and accelerating the adoption of educational innovations in response to problems of development, to assist Member States in respective national programmes and to enhance the cooperation between the states. The website provides information about the strategies used, the programme themes and networks which participate in the activities.
