Palacký University Olomouc is the second-oldest university in the Czech Republic. The Faculty of Education comprises more than 10 departments and two centers: the Centre for Lifelong Learning and the Centre for the Prevention of Risky Virtual Communication. In addition, the faculty operates three research centers: the Institute for Research and Education in Digital Technologies and Cybersecurity, the JBI Center of Evidence-based Education & Arts Therapies (EduArt) and the Healthy Lifestyle Research Center (in collaboration with the Department of Anthropology and Health Sciences).
