The Consortium of Higher Education Researchers in Finland (CHERIF) "brings together a wide range of researchers and experts on Finnish higher education." It was founded in 1999 and currently has about 70 members. "The aim of CHERIF is to advance interdisciplinary research on higher education institutions, as well as improve the networks between researchers, administrators and other specialists of higher education."
