Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) - english information
Philippines
PAFTE was founded in 1968 as the "Philippine Association for Teacher Education" before later being renamed the "Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators." PAFTE describes itself as having been "always supportive of government goals" and thus, among other things, "was consulted by the Educational Commission (EDCOM) on matters of teacher education". The website offers information on conferences and members of the association, as well as on a PAFTE Journal of Education, whose actual website, however, is not linked here — it unfortunately only offers a few articles, the abstracts and introductions of which can be viewed. Under "Resources," there are some PowerPoint presentations from past conferences as well as curated demonstration teaching materials. [Abstract: Editors of Education Worldwide]
