The Turkish Ministry of Education (‘Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’) offers a list of its publications here. Under ‘Performans Programlari’ (Performance Programmes) you can find the education reports (‘Yili Performans Programi’ - annual performance programmes) from 2011 onwards, which are unfortunately only available in Turkish. Under ‘Uluslararasi Raporlar’ (International Reports), however, you can also find the OECD reports ‘Education at a Glance’ and the corresponding country reports on Turkey as of 2019 in English.
