CONADU is the umbrella organisation for all associations of university lecturers at public universities in Argentina. One of their main aims is the support of lecturers' rights. Among others, CONADU runs an "Institute for Studies and Skill Enhancement" - IEC (Instituto de Estudios y Capacitación). IEC does research on work / working conditions etc at university and provides many resources including fulltexts.
