The Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) is the International Study Center for ICILS. ACER staff will be responsible for the day to day management of the project. Instrument development and some data analyses and psychometric work will also be centered at the International Study Center. The website offers the full text of the report and assessment framework as well as sample test modules.
