"The MOFET Institute is a national intercollegial center for the research and development of programs in teacher education and teaching in the colleges. (...) It was founded by the Department of Teacher Education in the Ministry of Education in 1983 and is a Ministry of Education-funded non-profit organization." The English website is less comprehensive than the Hebrew one, but still provides important information on the work of the MOFET. Amongst others, you will find a Database of international Doctoral Dissertations which deal with education in Israel, three portals for an international audience (The International Portal of Teacher Education in Engl./Span.; The Jewish Portal of Teacher Education), English abstracts of their e-journal Dapim or the "Masa" Portal providing Hebrew summaries of international educational news. Furthermore, you can find information about the studies at MOFET, about events and conferences, and other things. The MOFET is located inside the Levinsky College of Education campus in Tel Aviv.
