The Distance Education Council (DEC) shall function to strive for coordinated development of learner-centric open and distance learning (ODL) systems and ensure high quality of education. Therefore it provides development funding to open universities and distance education institutions and an information base of all the Open and Distance Learning Institutes of the country. Relevant Institutions are linked at the left menu bar under ´´ODL System´´.
