"IPEGE is an association of experts with experience over many years in gifted education and research. The members of the international study group are representatives of universities and educational colleges from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This panel is managed and coordinated by the ÖZBF.
Objectives of this international panel:
* Development of international standards for the tertiary education of educators involved in teaching and promoting high achievers
* Development of basic principles for a post-graduate advanced training programme
* International coordination of research projects in gifted education"
