The portal was created due to the necessity to establish a virtual plat form which directs itself to education institutions for the purpose of curriculum integration of TIC in class rooms and which offers teaching courses to teachers, students, parents and authorities of public education centres in general. Also, it provides teachers and researchers of the education sector with academical material about new education technologies, info-pedagogics and education informatics.
