Ecuador

The objectives of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador are to ensure both the access to and the quality of early education, basic education and secondary education for the population. This is persued by an integral, holistic and inclusive education of children, the youth and adults, whereas interculturality, plurinationality and plurilingualism are taken into account. Furthermore, the ministry attaches importance to a number of policies, laws and rights which strengthen the social, economical and cultural development, the execution of civic duty and the unity in diversity of the Ecuatorian population.
