Panama

The objective of the Ministry of Education (MEDUCA) of Panama is to transform education to a fundamental instrument of human development, prosperity, equity and opportunities as well as social mobility to achieve sustainable development of the productive, economical and social factors of the country. Therefore, it creates an education system, which responds to the needs of the population with an adequate curricular structure and a physical and technological infrastructure, which builds alliances with the population and the productive sector, establishes an effective and transparent internal organisation and which institutionalizes the exchange with education politics and ensures its continuity and development.
