Educación - Compromiso de Todos is a private iniciative which was founded in 1998 by the UNICEF, several foundations and the Universidad de los Andes as well as the Universidad del Norte. The project contributes to the guarantee of an education as human right on the principles of equality and quality. Starting points for its activities are the government, society as well as the family.
