The Nicaraguan Institute for Culture (INC) fosters the studies and investigation of the cultural roots of the country and thereby contributes to the formation of arts, dance, music, folklore, theatre, literature and visual arts. The Administrative Law established this ministry as organ charged with the competent planning, management, promotion, execution, inspection and coordination of cultural policies of the country.
