Excellence in Learning and Leadership Foundation (ELLF) is a non-religious, non-political institution which works with every segment and class of the Arab society and responds to their needs by offering capacity building services to aspiring Arab youth, teachers, business leaders and administrators. Sustainable development, social solidarity, good citizenship, social progress make up the basis upon which ELLF builds its strategies and relationships in the Arab countries as well as its international partnerships. Its mission is to enable aspiring Arab human capital and institutions to meet the requirements of the international standards for “quality” and “excellence” so they can compete globally and face the world’s challenges of permanent intricacy, change, renewal, innovation and creativity.
