Ghana

The Ghana International School is a not for profit organization registered under Ghanaian law as a company limited by guarantee. Its income is mainly from fees, although contribution from an active Parent-Teacher Association, alumni and well wishers provide an addition. Fiscal policy is determined by the Board of Directors. The company Regulations provide for a Board of Governance (including the Directors) who determine board education policy. Its Mission is to create and maintain a school that offers the highest quality education and life experience.
