The association Tukolere Wamu incorporated society is active in Uganda as well as in Germany. In Uganda, it plans, supports and realizes projects which serve the help for self-help, the promotion of education and upbringing, the formation, further education and continuing education, the improvement of the live situation for certain socially weak groups, the promotion respectively the raise of awareness of ecology and conservation, the preservation and promotion of health, the improvement of the food situation and the promotion of adequate technologies. In Germany, Tukolere Wamu strives to raise awareness and to disseminate knowledge about the life and education conditions of the Ugandan population. This is effected through the website, the presence at exhibitions and other events, the edition of a association magazine and through lectures.
