The Cameroon Education Corporation (CEC) is a recognized non-profit organization founded in 1997 in Nashville, Tennessee and now based in Buea, Cameroon. This organization was created for the purpose of fundraising to build the Children’s Reading Corner Library, the CRC Remedial Nursery & Primary School (CRC.Rem) in Buea. CRC. Rem provides pre-nursery, nursery, and primary remedial education to children (ages 3 to 14) of underserved Cameroonian and neighbouring communities. The Mission of CEC-CRC.Rem is to instill a solid educational foundation which will enable the pupils to become proficient, competitive, and more successful in subsequent phases of their lives.
