EFE’s mission is to improve the futures of young people in the Middle East and North Africa by giving them the tools to build livelihoods for themselves. Their goal is to give youth whose prospects are limited - either by socio-economic constraints or by inadequate education - cutting-edge professional training that leads directly to job opportunities. EFE operates on three levels: Education, Employment and Alumni Support. In addition, EFE is actively expanding into new countries of operation and helping local academic institutions, employers or NGOs replicate their programs, ensuring that more young people benefit from the educational and professional opportunities.
