On its homepage, the Chinese Education and Research Network (CERNET) provides information about the Chinese education system (last updated in 2001), sorted by education sectors. You will also find some information about educational research, policy and statistics. Unfortunately, most of the English information seems to have been updated last in the years 2001 to 2006.
