Founded in 1953, the Network for the system of school associated by the UNESCO, or "Schools associated by the UNESCO", is a global network which unites more than 9000 educational institutions of 180 countries. The member institutions (preschools, primary schools, secondary education institutions, professional institutions, vocational training institutions) work for the international understanding, peace, intercultural dialogue and the sustainable development of educational quality.
