NELCEE is a platform for the exchange of ecumenical education content maintained by ecumenical institutions and theological educators. In the center of attention stands the comparative research regarding ecumenical profiles of different regions or countries. Aims of the network are the provision of a ecumenical online-library, promotion of students and academics exchange in the framework of existing programmes, the exchange of experience as far as inter-confessional Theology courses are concerned, the promotion of study programs offered by member institutions (ex. Distance Learning Master’s Program in Lviv), the extension of the internet activities by providing a forum and a newsletter service etc.
