Since 1988, REFAD unites persons and organizations which are interested to promote and to develop education opportunities in French via distance learning. The REFAD provides its members with transparent information and contacs. Members can be schools, colleges, CEGEPs, universities, associations, ministries, enterprises and television channels which are interested in distance learning and work in that field.
