Tajikistan
The report from 2008 was published by the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association, the National Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan for UNESCO and the Adult Education Association of Tajikistan. Starting from the finding of high unemployment in Tadjikistan, the report presents polictical measures focusing on adult education and discusses its effectiveness.
