Liechtenstein
As a member of the European Economic Area, Liechtenstein ahs collaborated in the EU education programmes since 1995. The national agencyfor international educational affairs (AIBA) was established as an independent body by the government to monitor all activities in the field of the EU programme for Lifelong Learning (2007-2013), promoting the harmonisation of education and training in EUrope, and also organises other activities relating to an internationalisation of (vocational) education.
