On the homepage the main objective of the project is outlined: a common regional cross-border cooperation in education and research between the frontier cities of Ruse (Bulgaria) and Giorgiu(Romania) involving German and other European partners. Both of these towns have common historical roots and are forming two pillars of the so-called "Danube Bridge". In the framework of European integration and the intensification of the Bologna Process two Master Programmes will be offered: European Studies with focus on Regional Cooperation (in Ruse) and European Public Administration (in Giorgiu).
