"Flexible learning, which includes e-learning, is about the learner deciding what, where, when and how they learn. The Australian Flexible Learning Framework (2005 Framework) provides the vocational education and training (VET) system with e-learning skills, professional development opportunities, products, resources and support networks to meet today's increasingly technology-driven learning environment. There are 15 Projects located throughout Australia working as part of the 2005 Framework " Its website offers information on Framework, its projects and products as well as access to case studies and research reports.
