This page describes the mission of the National Training Fund in the Czech Republic. Since its origin in 1994, the NVF has been engaged in the enhancement of quality and effectiveness of human resource development, lifelong learning development, support of employment and social development on the national level and it aspires to promote the importance of this issue in the country. This is done particularly by virtue of the support from PHARE and other EU programmes by means of initiating and financially supporting new programmes, strategic analyses and recommendations, conceptual projects, promotion and dissemination of information about education and human resource development.
