Dominica
"Dominica State College formed by an Act of Parliament in 2002, brought three major educational institutions together with an average of over 30 years experience." The founding institutions were: The Dominica Teachers Training College, The Clifton Dupigny Community College ( Academic and Technical Divisions) and The Princess Margaret School of Nursing. The college is now the central institution for vocational and higher education in Dominica.
