ÖDHK stands for an umbrella organisation of professionals in early childhood education and care in Austria, established in 1994. As a non-profit organisation it integrates relevant occupational groups from the Länder. Representation of interests and of childrens rights are the main aims of the organisation. The website features beside information on ÖDHK, position papers, activities and the presentation of occupational groups in the Austrian Länder. An own internet platform exists for professionals in early childhood education.
