The Association for Physical Education (afPE) came into existence through the merging of baalpe (The British Association of Advisers and Lecturers in Physical Education) and PEA UK (Physical Education Association of the United Kingdom). The association is committed to being the UK representative organisation of choice for people and agencies delivering or supporting the delivery of physical education in schools and in the wider community.
