The Canadian Journal of Educational Administration and Policy ( CJEAP)is a peer reviewed electronic journal operating as a free Listserv. All work - submission, review, revision and distribution - is carried out by electronic mail. Full articles are simultaneously archived and are available on-line at this site. The Journal seeks to publish thoughtful work that raises important questions and promotes debates on problems of educational practice and policy. Submissions may take various forms, such as case studies, policy analyses, reflections on dilemmas of practice, reports or reviews of research, and extended editorials.
