CARNet was established in 1991 as a project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Croatia. The network fulfils important tasks in the field of education and training.- This website in particular provides information on the activities of the CARNet education centre Edupoint which is involved in systemic raising of the computer literacy level of the Croatian academic community.
