This network of Venezolanian universities serves as a technical platform of communication between the Higher Education Ministry and the universities and of mutual communication between universities; its mission is to build up and facilitate the flow of information via telecommunication in an easy and efficient way. The contents of this flow are issues of administration and of teaching. The homepage provides information about tasks, projects and services of the Network.
