CRASP is a voluntary association of rectors representing those Polish institutions of higher education which have the right to award the doctor' s degree (or equivalent) in at least one scientific discipline. This website provides general information, but also offers full-text documents, in particular the Conclusions of the German-Polish Higher Education Conference, Cologne, 2002.
