EFIL is the umbrella organisation of the European AFS Organisations in Europe. AFS (formerly American Field Service) is a non-profit volunteer based educational organization offering exchanges for students, young adults and teachers in over 50 countries around the world. The respective website provides information on member organisations, programmes and activities. Besides it offers full texts on topics of interests.
