Armenia

This project was initiated in 2000 and has been financed by the US State Department. Its main aim is the introduction and utilization of new technologies in secondary education and the connection of Armenian schools via Internet. Meanwhile a network has been established comprising 122 schools (as of July 2003). In future even 330 schools will be connected online working according to particular programme content.
