Adapt was a significant European social policy instrument aimed at increasing competitiveness by helping companies and employees adapt to and cope with the challenges and opportunities posed by global industrial change. As an experiment in knowledge management, ADAPT has created a knowledge map on the impact of information technology ( Link to the knowledge site). This website presents some of the results emanating from the 83 projects carried out under the ADAPT programme in Ireland. Special section for education and training. Keyword search possible. A broad range of publications ( case-studies, reports, transnational stories, news-archive).
