The project 'Internationalisation of and Innovation in Teacher Education In Europe' was established in 1982 and was dedicated to the development of a European dimension in teacher education. It is now an established network with a successful history of innovative and collaborative programmes that involved many universities and colleges across Europe. On the homepage the aims and activities of the ITE are explained.
