The Africa Educational Trust was founded in 1958. It supports education in Africa, African students studying outside of Africa and research and dissemination of information about Africa. The trust's major interest is to help people from areas where there is civil war or conflict. The AET's website informs about the trust and its work in different African countries and in the UK; it provides links to the AET's ' Inform Project' website (Information Forum and Refugee Monitoring) and its 'Resources for Refugee Women' website.
