The Society's primary objective is to offer a forum for cooperation between youth researchers and other people who are interested in questions concerning young people. Jointly with Finnish Youth Cooperation 'Allianssi' it publishes a quarterly entitled 'Nuorisotutkimus' (Youth Research), which reviews youth research of specific themes. A register of youth researchers, their research interest and contact addresses is maintained and published on the website too.
