The institute is an organization of the Ministry for Youth and Sports. Its aims are to promote youth education, the activities of youth associations and actions in favour of adolescents and to develop international cooperation in these areas. The homepage offers links to: the French Youth Council, the documentary resources of INJEP ( databases and other services), publications, the programme "Youth for Europe", the European Voluntary Service and international actions of the institute.
