Funded as joint project of the U.S. Department of Agriculture it is a national network of excellence maintained several universities of the USA. The website provides information on programs, evaluation and technology assistance for children, youth and family community-based programs. Resources for the above indicated target groups are directly coming from university libraries, journals, newsletters or publications. They are availabel in HTML format or to download (PDF-files).
