National Science Week is Australia's annual celebration of science and technology. It's a time when schools, universities, science organisations, research centres, businesses, industry organisations, media outlets and individuals bring science out to the public. It is supported e.g. by the Commonwealth Government, the Australian Teachers Association, and the Department of Education, Science and Training. The homepage provides information on the current week.
